This website gives general information about plumbing and about San Juan Capistrano 24/7 Plumbing. By using it you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site and call us if you have a question.

You may read and share pages for personal use. You may not copy the site's text or design for commercial reuse, or use it in a way that harms the site or other visitors.

We answer a 24/7 phone line and dispatch licensed and insured plumbers to San Juan Capistrano and nearby towns. When you call (949) 325-3122, we book the next available appointment. Same-day appointments are offered when available, but we do not promise any specific arrival time.

The plumber who attends your property performs the work and is responsible for the work they do. We coordinate scheduling, and we are not the person standing in your kitchen.

A plumber diagnoses the problem on site and gives you a clear price before work starts. Work begins only after you approve it. If the plumber finds another problem while working, they explain it and ask before adding anything to the job.

Prices depend on access, parts, the extent of the damage, permits where required and timing. We do not quote prices over the phone because a quote without a diagnosis is a guess.

Articles and service pages are written to help you understand a problem. They are not a diagnosis of your property and they are not legal, engineering or insurance advice. Every house is different, so confirm details with the plumber who inspects yours.

If you attempt any repair yourself, you do so at your own risk. Never work on gas lines or electrical parts without the right training, and ask the San Juan Capistrano building department whether a permit is needed.
